Bidding: Send project documents out for bidding with one click. Track bids are they flow in. Send
automatic reminders as the bid due date approaches.
Budget: Manage project budgets online. Issue purchase orders, track change orders: Reduce errors &
increase profitability.
Selections: This module was an inspiration for development  – needing to manage selections in one
place accessible to the client, designer & the construction team. Online client approval of selections,
integration with change orders... View selections by room, or by category. Flexible enough for the needs
of the truly custom builder.
Change orders: Online client approval & rejection of change orders. No more excuses for not getting
the paperwork done. Clients can log in at any time and manage their own change orders. Integration with
Selections – when a change order is approved, selections are automatically updated to reflect the client's
revised selections.
Service & Warranty: Manage end of job "punch-lists" and post-construction service work.
Automatically notify contractors of work to be done & schedule. Clients can request service work &
upload photos of the proposed issue for your review. Reports allowing you to see all service work, across
